The Adams document printed by letterpress with applied seal, on laid paper, signature below the seal, old folds, good, 15 3/4 x 12 1/2 in.; together with two similar documents signed by John Avery, Increase Sumner, and John Strong, dated 1797 and 1805 [with] an additional sixty-seven documents (approximately) dated from c. 1730-1830, mostly legal deeds, wills, and other legal documents related to the Bliss family of Rehoboth, Massachusetts.
