The medium appears to be gouache rather than plain watercolor.

The general condition description of toning, pale staining, and handling creases applies to all three works. Work "A" shows abrasions at the edges of the sheet and dog ear to upper left corner. Work "B" has dog ear creases at the lower right corner. Work "C" shows a small area of craquelure in the area of the pooled medium in the upper left quadrant.
