Girl Reading Newspaper. Signed "Jane Dimond" l.l., identified on a presentation plaque and on a label from the National Association of Women Artists tacked to the back of the frame. Mixed media on paper, sight size 23 3/8 x 20 in., framed. Condition: Toning, not examined out of frame.
N.B. According to the presentation plaque, this work was awarded the Mary Ann Payne Prize by the National Association of Women Artists, presumably from the 50th Annual Exhibition (1942) referenced on the label on the back of the frame.
