Carved Mahogany Easy Chair, Massachusetts, possibly Newburyport, c. 1760-80, the serpentine crest, shaped sides, and outward-scrolling arms all on frontal cabriole legs ending in claw-and-ball feet, and square H-stretcher, in pink wool damask upholstery, refinished, ht. 46 1/4, seat ht. 15 1/2 in.
