Model 1860 Cavalry Saber Marked to the Eighth Cavalry, c. 1863, brass hilt, stamped under the guard "8 E31", steel blade marked on one side of the ricasso "U.S./ADK/1863," blade lg. 34 1/2, overall lg. 40 1/2 in.
