Description:

Four-piece American Coin Silver Tea Service, mid-19th century, marked "W&H," possibly for Wood & Hughes, monogrammed, each with a lobed vasiform body with floral accents, teapot, covered sugar, waste bowl, and creamer, teapot ht. 9 1/2 in., approx. 53.7 troy oz.
Estimate $400-600

Creamer, lid to covered sugar, and teapot each with a dent. Final to teapot possibly missing one leafy tendril (rough spot on fruit and stem, otherwise fairly unobtrusive.) Age-typical wear to surface throughout.
