View of the Hudson at West Point
Initialed and dated "F.A./-82." l.r.
Oil on canvas, 14 5/8 x 24 in. (37.2 x 60.8 cm), framed.
Condition: Lined, minor retouch, stable craquelure.
Estimate $4,000-6,000

Framed dimensions are 17 5/8 x 26 7/8 in.

Stamp from Painting Conservation Studio, Inc., Bernard Rabin, Conservator, Newark, New Jersey, inscribed "wax line October '66" on the frame backing.

Wax lined, stretcher replaced. Under UV examination, the retouch was found to be minimal and confined to a few dots in the sky. Craquelure is stable.
