Paint-decorated Cane-seat High Chair, New England, c. 1825, the tablet back above applied mahogany arms, trapezoidal seat on turned legs and footrest, original dark mustard paint with bordering and stringing in black, green, and red, ht. 33 1/2, seat ht. 24 in.
