Description:

Chinese Export Silver Coffeepot, bearing two character marks: back and underside, square-form with a prunus panel encircled by a faux-bois stem extending from the base of the stylized bamboo handle, ht. 7 in., approx. 14.1 troy oz.

Lid with shallow dent to interior rim (not visible from outside, still sits well in pot). Spout pushed into body with related dent to exterior. Upper handle joint re-soldered. Shallow dent to back side. Several small losses to leaf-form element to lower handle joint. Previously dipped or lacquered.
