Tonalist Sunset Landscape. Signed and dated "F.A. Carter./1906" l.r. Oil on artist board, 10 x 13 3/4 in., framed. Condition: Old retouch, craquelure, varnish inconsistencies, signed on top of the varnish layer.
N.B. Fernando Carter was the second Director of the Syracuse Museum of Fine Arts, which later became the Everson Museum.
