Drawing originally published in the February 11, 1965 issue of the New York Review of Books, to accompany Stuart Hampshire's review of Dr. Stanley Leavy's (1915-2016) translation of The Freud Journal of Andreas-Salomé; formerly the property of Dr. Leavy, with an autograph note signed by Levine, addressed to Mrs. Leavy, dated February 3, 1965, regarding the purchase of the drawing, matted and framed, 7 1/2 x 6 in.
