First and only English edition, octavo, bound in full speckled calf, rebacked; signature B supplied from a smaller copy, small hole in V8, affecting three or four words, 5 7/8 x 3 1/2 in.
Mainardi was a Catholic priest who later declared himself an adherent of Zwingli and some precepts of Martin Luther.
