James Cross Mahogany Stained Tall Clock, Rochester, New Hampshire, c. 1825, arch-top case with free-standing columns flanking the painted roman numeral iron dial with red-, gilt-, and green-painted fan spandrels, calendar aperture, and signed James Cross Rochester, applied beaded edged waist door, bracket feet, eight-day time and hour strike movement with half moon cut-out plates, regulated by a pendulum, ht. 81 in.
