Mahogany Decagonal Telescope or Spyglass, probably London, 18th/19th century, 59-in. tapered main tube with an unsigned single-draw brass tube, and dust slide on eyepiece, overall lg. 62 1/2 in.

Overall good condition, no splits or cracks to barrel. Instrument focuses well. Eyepiece has dust shade . Eyepiece with cracked glass on the fourth lens of the sliding barrel. Objective lens with dust slide.
