Mahogany Patent Timepiece or "Banjo" Clock, attributed to H. Tifft, North Attleboro, Massachusetts, c. 1825-30, mahogany case with turned wood bezel over the painted iron roman numeral dial, wood side ornaments, beveled frames enclosing the black and gold reverse-painted glass tablets, the throat with a foliate vine, the lower with a gilt border and lyre decoration, eight-day time-only movement powered by a lead weight, ht. 33 in.

NIce old finish. Replaced finial, horizontal crack in throat glass. Repair to minute hand and hour hand replaced. With pendulum, weight and finial.
