Louis Eilshemius (American, 1864-1941)

Delaware River. Signed faintly "Eilsh..." l.l., titled "Deleware [sic] River" in pencil on the reverse, identified and dated "c. 1920" in a modern pencil inscription on the back mat. Watercolor on paper, 14 x 20 in., matted, unframed. Condition: Mat burn, toning, fading, brown paper tape remnants to the edges of the reverse.

N.B. The sale of this lot will benefit the Worcester Art Museum, Worcester, Massachusetts.

Hinged with tape to the back mat in two places on the reverse. One hinge is loose.
