El Ensueño(The Daydream), 1931. Signed and inscribed "M. Alvarez Bravo México" in ink on the verso l.r., titled in ink on the verso u.l. Gelatin silver print, image/sheet size 8 3/4 x 5 3/8 in. (22.7 x 13.7 cm),framed.
Condition: Minor surface grime or similar l.l. and u.l., subtle silver mirroring at edges, discoloration on the verso suggests that the print was previously mounted.

Provenance: Acquired from Kiva Gallery, Boston, 1978; to a private Rhode Island collection.

The print is darker in tone than most other versions. There is minor mirroring at the left edge. The paper does not fluoresce under UV light.
