Six Anglo-Japanese Aesthetic Side Chairs, probably England, late 19th century, each ebonized, with carved ears and crest rail with sunflower motif, covered back and seat, and turned front legs and medial stretcher, ht. 31 1/2, wd. 16, dp. 18 1/2 in.
All chairs show age-typical signs of wear and use including some light surface abrasions, minor nicks, particularly feet and ears.
