Louis XV-style Kingwood and Ormolu-mounted Bureau de Plat, France, early 20th century, overall gilt-bronze mounts, a serpentine tooled-leather top with chamfered corners surmounting a conforming three-drawer frieze, on heavily carved foliate scroll sabot-mounted cabriole legs, signed to lock "CT LINKE/SERRURERIE PARIS," ht. 30, wd. 42 7/8, dp. 26 in.

Overall signs of age-typical wear including some nick/scuffs/abrasions to alll surfaces and wood, rubbing of bronze mounts, some lifting of veneers in places. Drawer hardware has gap where it meets drawer bottoms, lock on center drawer needs securing. Leather top has scuffs and surface wear. See photos.
