Oil on canvas, 20 1/2 x 17 in., in a molded giltwood frame.
Condition: Varnished, relined, minor inpainting, no evidence of damage or repair.

Provenance: Kennedy Galleries, New York, New York.

Note: According to genealogical information affixed to the reverse, Bennie was the seventh of eight children born to Captain Benjamin and Jane Weeks, of Jefferson, in Lincoln County, Maine.
