Staffordshire Historical Blue Transfer-decorated States Bowl, James and Ralph Clews, Cobridge, England, 1819-36, rectangular form with rounded corners, bordered by the names of fifteen states, the center with six sheep in front of a two-story building, the exterior sides of the bowl decorated with cropped transfer-printed images, ht. 1 1/2, lg. 8, dp. 5 7/8 in.
