Staffordshire Transfer-printed Teapot, and Chinese Export Porcelain Armorial Coffeepot, early 19th century, the teapot with scene of a three-masted sailing ship and eagle on one side and sailing paddlewheel steamer on the other, with pink luster highlights, ht. 6 1/2; the coffeepot with berry finial, applied strap handles, monogram "MJC" inside a draped shield, ht. 9 in.

Teapot has no obvious chips, cracks, or evidence of repair; coffee pot has a small chip on the rim of the lid and wear to gilding.
