Tin-glazed Earthenware Puzzle Jug, England, c. 1760-70, globular body with pierced cylindrical neck with three spouts, blue decoration of flowers flanking a central verse "Within this Can there is good Liquor Tis fit for Parson or for Vicar But how to drink and not to spill Will try the utmost of your skill," ht. 7 3/8 in.
