Fourteen Assorted Woodblock Prints, Japan, 1860s, two twin brush works by Kunisada II (1823-1880),with embossed details, one backed; a twin brush work by Kunisada I (Toyokuni III, 1786-1864),from the series Matches for Thirty-six Selected Poems, backed and trace of repairs; two twin brush works by Toyokuni III and Hiroshige depicting hydrangea and lily, one backed; two twin brush works by Toyokuni III and Utagawa Hirokage (active 1855-1865),from the series Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji from the Eastern Capital; one Toyohara Kunichika (1835-1900); a twin brush work by Utagawa Yoshitora (active 1836-1882); a twin brush work by Toyokuni III and Torii Kiyomine (Kiyomitsu II, 1815-1859) depicting actors, from the series Square Pictures in Old and New Styles; two twin brush works by Toyokuni III and Hiroshige II (1826-1869),with one backed; one by Kunisada II from the series League of Loyal Retainers; and one by Utagawa Sadatora (dates unknown),depicting loyal retainers, all color on paper, oban tate-e,sizes to 15 1/8 x 10 3/8 in.
