Six octavo text volumes and one large quarto atlas volume, second English edition; illustrated with two folding engraved maps and seventeen engraved plates; expertly bound in modern uniform half calf and marbled paper boards, light toning and occasional foxing, first folding map lightly soiled, with an old repair in the inner margin, second folding map lightly foxed, plates with light marginal soiling, 8 1/4 x 5 and 11 1/4 x 8 1/2 in.
