Inlaid Patent Timepiece or "Banjo" Clock, c. 1815, mahogany case with elaborate inlaid frames enclosing the reverse-painted tablets, lower tablet reading Neptune, throat glass with a geometric and floral decoration, painted roman numeral iron dial with blued-steel hands, eight-day time-only movement, regulated by a brass-faced pendulum bob, ht. 33 in.
