Eisenhower Jacket, Trousers, Shirt, and Other Items Related to Corporal Robert Bossert, 82nd Airborne Division, c. 1944-45, olive drab wool jacket body, 82nd Airborne Division "All American" patch on the left sleeve, a "Croix de Guerre" on the left shoulder, paratrooper wings on the 508th Parachute Infantry oval, and campaign ribbons, Infantry and U.S. collar discs on the lapels, a presidential unit citation on the right breast, and a Belgian aiguillette on the right shoulder, with shirt, tie, belt, and trousers, as well as images and documents relating to Bossert's service.
Note: Bossert participated in the Sicily invasion, Normandy, Operation Market Garden, and in Central Europe.
