Left-handed Alexander Henry Falling Block Single-shot Rifle, c. late 19th century, serial number 2584, .450-3 1/4 caliber, walnut stock with checkered wrist and forend, frame highly engraved with foliate designs, marked on the top of the receiver ring "PATENT/NO. 633," highly engraved trigger guard, marked on the top of the barrel "ALEXR. HENRY. 12 SOUTH ST. ANDREWS ST. EDINBURGH. PATENT NO. 1834," barrel lg. 28, overall lg. 45 in.

Action is tight, most of the blueing on the barrel is intact with some loss near the muzzle, has some light pitting on the bore.
