Pair of Meissen Porcelain Malabar Figures, Germany, late 19th/early 20th century, each in vibrant polychrome costume, on gilded scrolling base, each with factory marks; a male guitarist, ht. 7 1/2; and a woman with a stringed instrument, ht. 7 1/8 in.
Estimate $1,200-1,800

Each with some surface wear and wear to gilding; palm on one figure has repair, Small repair/repainting on leaf on back of man, small chip off edge of robe. loss to three keys at end of guitar.
