Pair of White Marble Lions with Dragon Heads, Ba Xia, China, possibly Tang dynasty, legendarily known as one of the nine sons of the dragon king, each depicted reclined on a rectangular base with one foreleg forward, their horned heads turned to one side and looking down, white marble with light to dark gray veins, 17 1/2 x 41 in.
