Hand Scroll Depicting Eighteen Luohans, China, after Ding Yunpeng (1547-1628), the figures at various pursuits, accompanied by mythical animals and figures of the Master Xuanzhang and his disciples, in a continuous twelve-part scene, signed "Ding Yunpeng" without seal, and the Vinaya Pitaka (The Basket of the Discipline) calligraphy in regular script on paper, a collector's seal reading "Dongwu Liu Yanting Suocang Jinshi shuhua ji," (it was collected by Liu Yanting [1793-1853]), ink and color on silk, painting 12 1/4 x 154 1/2 in.
