Seven Painted Manuscript Pages, Persia, possibly Safavid, opaque color and gold on paper, depicting scenes of men conversing in tents, battle scenes, and a depiction of the prophet Muhammad, all with Nastaliq script in reserves above or below the paintings, as well as on the reverse and within the margins, one large folio glazed, six loose, page size to 12 x 7 7/8 in.
Slight toning, water damage to some areas of pages, some surface abrasion and pigment loss, corners of one page restored, slight worm damage.
