Miniature Painting Depicting Sagittarius, Persia, possibly 16th century, gold and color on paper, the constellation embodied as a centaur firing an arrow at his dragon-like tail, its body with allover scrolling pattern, surrounded by birds and plants, all bordered by an intricate geometric pattern, framed and glazed, sight size 10 x 12 in.
