Description:

Fourteen Small Jade and Hardstone Carvings, China, four jadeite carvings: a lavender Budai, a green lotus pod-inspired ornament, a celadon baluster-shape fragment, and a seal chop topped with two monkeys, ht. 1/2 to 3 1/8; six jade carvings: a Buddha's hand citron, a seated water buffalo, a seal chop topped with a seated lion, a seated dog, a pendant plaque with Guanyin in bas-relief, and a white chilong-inspired animal, ht. 3/4 to 2 1/8; and four hardstone carvings: two brown elephant-shaped snuff bottles (missing tops), a brownish green rhinoceros, and a brown cicada, ht. 1/4 to 1 1/2 in.
