Bronze Shiva Plaque, India, the deity depicted in relief holding a ritual conch and axe, with a snake above his headdress and a sacred cow and lingam above each shoulder, flanked by two smaller attendants, all surrounded by an architectural framework, mounted on a carved wood and velvet backing, bronze ht. 11 1/4, overall ht. 16 in.
