Cobalt-decorated Cake Crock with Lid, attributed to Richard Clinton Remmey, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, c. 1880, straight-sided body and flat lid with flat knob handle, both decorated with cobalt leaf sprays, ht. 7 1/2, dia. 13 in.
Few small chips on the handle, small chip on the crock rim, but no obvious cracks or evidence of repair.
