Watercolor and Pencil on Paper Baptismal Certificate Fraktur for Ludwig Dauberman, attributed to Daniel Otto, the "Flat Tulip Artist" (Center Township, Union County, Pennsylvania, c. 1770-1822),c. 1817, executed in red, green, yellow, and black, designed as a central shaped reserve with vital statistics, surrounded by four parrots, seven tulips, and small floral devices, (imperfections),13 x 15 3/4 in., in a black-painted frame.

Sheet has a repaired vertical tear through the center and there are areas of paper restoration and associated in-painting along the left and right edges. Sheet is encapsulated in a custom mount, but does not appear to be laid down.
