Mourning Pendant, England, late 18th century, depicting a woman dressed in black standing in front of a memorial, with floral and tree background, the glass cover reverse painted with a willow, in a gold case with woven lock of hair set into the back, ht. 3 1/4, wd. 2 1/4 in.

Light scratches in the sky, mostly obscured by the reverse-painted willow branches on the glass. Minor losses to the reverse painted willows, mainly at two spots on the edges.
