Baroque-style Italian Walnut Vargueno, 19th century, molded cornice surmounting a heavily carved two-part case, upper cabinet with Palladian-style arched central door which opens in sections to reveal vacant compartments, flanked by eight small drawers, all framed by carved bosses and swags, figural head desk supports, resting on a lower case with a two-drawer frieze, over two cabinet doors mounted with figural head mask pulls, raised on stepped gadrooned plinth base supported by paw feet, ht. 73 1/2, wd. 46, dp. 20 1/2 in.
