Three Majolica Oyster Plates, England, 19th century, each polychrome decorated, a George Jones with six shell-form wells bordered with conch shells and seaweed, dia. 8 3/4; a Wedgwood with six lobed wells alternating with a textured and zigzag ground and with chrysanthemums in relief, dia. 9 3/8; and a Minton with six triangular wells bordered with conch shells and seaweed, a band of shells surrounding the central well, dia. 9 in.; factory marks.
