Cream-colored Melon Cream Jug, England, c. 1760-65, probably Staffordshire, baluster shape with shaped and cut rim, green and yellow striped roulette ground, ht. 3 1/2 in.

Provenance: From the Troy Chappell Collection; ex. collection Captain Price Glover; Mr. Harry A. Root.
Estimate $2,000-3,000

Top rim with minor chipping and glaze abrasions. Interior with light and scattered staining.
