Description:

White Salt-glazed Stoneware Sauceboat, England, c. 1750-60, oval shape with double spouts and loop handles, royal blue decorated and cast paneled shell ornaments, rim, foot and spouts, lg. 6 5/8 in.

Provenance: From the Troy Chappell Collection; ex. collection Captain Price Glover.

Restorations to one handle; to chip at one spout; and to one side of body (appears to have been in three pieces.)
