Tin-glazed Earthenware Bird Catcher Dish, England, c. 1750, probably Liverpool, iron red enamel trim line to a chinoiserie decorated border with flowers and gazebos surrounding a central landscape with figure supporting a pole with bird perched at either end, a cage in his other hand, all by a flowering tree with two birds perched on a branch, dia. 13 in.
