Catawaba Victory Hamilton No. 21 Marine Chronometer, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, 4-in. silvered arabic numeral dial inscribed "Hamilton Lancaster, PA., U.S.A.," Up-Down indicator, seconds, "6532" and "1941," three-quarter nickel damascened plate marked by maker and "Model 21, 14 Jewels, 6532-1941," chain fusee, maintaining power, steel balance with brass timing screws, helical hairspring spring detent escapement in a gimbaled brass bowl, and three-tier brass-bound mahogany box with carrying handles, all in an outer padded, felt-lined transport box with bronze plaque reading "S.S. Catawaba Victory," wd. 12, ht. 9 1/4, dp. 10 in.
