Woodbury, Levi (1789-1851) Secretarial Letter Signed, 4 December 1832. Single wove bifolium inscribed over one page to Lieutenant Levin Minn Powell (1803-1885) of White Sulphur Springs, Virginia, asking that he proceed to Norfolk and report to Commodore Lewis Warrington (1782-1851) for duty on the sloop of war, Natchez, old folds, 8 x 9 3/4 in.
