Joseph Webster Golinkin (American, 1896-1977)
Two Boxing Scenes: The Man-Killer (Dempsey vs. Tunney), c. 1927, and Louis & Baer at Yankee Stadium, 1935, edition of 50. Both signed "J.W.Golinkin" in pencil l.r., the latter numbered l.l. Lithographs on paper, image sizes to 15 7/8 x 19 7/8 in. (40.3 x 50.4 cm),framed (the former unglazed).
Condition: Not examined out of frames.

The two prints are framed separately. "The Man-Killer" is unglazed. Its image dimensions are 17 3/4 x 14 in. (sheet measures 21 3/4 x 15 3/4 in.),and it is hinged at the top corners. Numbered "13/50" in pencil l.l. The image dimensions for "Louis & Baer" are 15 3/4 x 19 5/8 in, and it is numbered "46/50" in pencil l.l.
