This spring’s Fine Books & Manuscripts auction features a well-rounded selection of unique documents and rare printed books, including three documents signed by George Washington and an early John F. Kennedy letter written just after his brother Joe’s death in 1944. The history of science and illustrated books are also well represented, with a first edition of Darwin’s On the Origin of Species and with Audubon and other natural history prints, among other interesting original material.
