Winterhalder & Hofmeier Chime Clock, Germany, c. 1900, dome-top mahogany veneer case with five urn finials, fabric-backed, pierced brass, side sound frets, on brass paw feet, composite brass dial with matted center, silvered Roman numeral chapter ring, applied spandrels and subsidiary fast/slow and chime selector dials in the arch, eight-day time, strike, and chime on eight bells or chime on four gongs movement regulated by a pendulum, ht. 29 in.
