Six Louis XVI-style Giltwood Dining Chairs, France, 20th century, each with overall carving, finial ears, tombstone-shaped covered back, and shield-shaped seat with beaded frieze, supported on tapered and channeled legs, each covered in gold and cream Aubusson fabric, two armchairs, ht. 39, wd. 26, dp. 22, four side chairs, ht. 36 3/4, wd. 21, dp. 18 1/2 in.
Age typical wear and abrasions to gilding. Fabric showing age and slightly varying in tone from one chair to another although all are overall intact.
