British School, 19th Century

Old Bridge, Head of Loch Long
Unsigned, titled and inscribed ".../By James M. Le..." on a handwritten label affixed to the stretcher.
Oil on canvas, 17 3/4 x 24 in. (45.1 x 61.0 cm), framed.
Condition: Paint loss with craquelure and small area of lifting to l.l. corner.
Estimate $400-600

Stamped "KENSINGTON" on the reverse.

The last name of the artist could read "Lean" or "Lenn" or even "Lear."
